**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Coordinate Team Efforts**: Ensure effective collaboration between on-ground team members to provide exceptional assistance to Umrah pilgrims upon their arrival in Saudi Arabia.
  • **Warm Welcome and Seamless Entry**: Ensure that pilgrims receive a warm welcome and a seamless entry into the country.
  • **Transportation Coordination**: Coordinate transportation for groups and individuals, ensuring timely and comfortable travel to pilgrimage sites and accommodations.
  • **Accommodation Management**: Manage accommodation, ensuring that it meets the needs and preferences of customers.
  • **Customer Support**: Provide guidance and support to customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or emergencies that may arise. Handle escalations and address customer complaints where necessary.
  • **Partner Liaison**: Liaise with local partners and suppliers to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our customers.
  • **Logistical Challenges**: Handle logistical challenges efficiently, making quick decisions to minimize disruptions to customers' Umrah experience.

**Requirements**

  • **Valid KSA Driving License**: Must have a valid KSA driving license and own a car.
  • **Language Skills**: Must be able to speak fluent Arabic and English.
  • **Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
  • **Organizational Abilities**: Strong organizational abilities to manage various aspects of Umrah travel are necessary.
  • **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic situations and changing customer needs are essential.

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • **Prior Experience in Travel Industry**: Prior experience in the travel industry or Umrah services is advantageous.
