JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Manager. As an Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure systems and networks. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement the company's infrastructure systems and networks, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of network hardware, software, and security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess infrastructure needs and recommend solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Lead infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure systems and networks, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest infrastructure trends, technologies, and best practices, applying knowledge to improve infrastructure systems and processes.
  • Manage and develop a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure management roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and security best practices, with experience in cloud technologies and virtualization.
  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, ITIL) are a plus, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
