Client Relationship Manager Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing client relationship strategies to drive business growth and increase client engagement in-store.

About the Job:

  • Develop and execute client relationship strategies to drive business growth and increase client engagement.
  • Work closely with sales staff to provide guidance and support on client relationship activities.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of clienteling strategy.
  • Manage client gifting and customer experiences budget to develop strategic client relationships.

Requirements and Skills:

Luxury retail experience is preferred. Strong technical attitude and digital mindset. Languages: Arabic, English is mandatory. Client centric attitude, problem solving, flexibility, empathy, energy.
