At Damas Jewellery, we are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for successfully converting prospective sales into actual sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer priorities.

About the Role:

  • Sell luxury goods and jewellery products to customers, achieving individual sales targets and exceeding them as directed by management.
  • Develop client portfolios proactively, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
  • Deliver exceptional and outstanding customer service by creating an environment that is friendly and welcoming, maintaining high standards, ensuring solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service before, during and after the sale.
  • Remain current on industry news and competitor activity.

About You:

  • Minimum Senior High School Graduate qualification required.
  • 2-5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment preferred.
  • General knowledge of jewellery products.
