Cybersecurity Operations Lead

At Environment Fund, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Lead to implement robust cybersecurity tools and mechanisms to protect our networks and systems from security threats.

  • Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement threat intelligence approaches and plans to ensure our developed systems are fully tested and can operate in all anticipated environments with required security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new architectural features into existing infrastructures, design cyber security architectural artifacts, and provide architectural analysis of cyber security features.

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure system security requirements are established and maintained for operations development, security requirements definition, security risk assessment, systems analysis, systems design, security test and evaluation, certification, and accreditation.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, menaces, or hazards within IT and leverage the latest testing and ethical hacking methods to inform information security strategies.

- Explore ways to identify stealthy threats that may have found their way inside our network without detection, using the latest threat intelligence, to anticipate potential malicious attacks.

  • Requirements :

- Education: A bachelor's degree in information technology, Network Security, Cyber Security, or equivalent is required.

  • - Years of experience: +3 years of experience in Cyber Security or equivalent field.

- Skills: Cybersecurity Requirements, Standards and Tools, Development Quality Control and Testing, Cybersecurity Compliance, Governance of Cybersecurity and its Operation, Data Analysis and Reporting, IT Compliance.
