Inspira is expanding its presence in the cybersecurity domain and is seeking a highly experienced Director – Cybersecurity Sales to drive strategic growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand our market footprint. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, commercial strategy, and local market dynamics.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Sales Management: Own and exceed annual sales targets by developing and implementing go-to-market strategies tailored to the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, government entities, and technology partners.
  • Cybersecurity Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and compliance requirements to provide consultative guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Manage and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and revenue projections for senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to scale business operations in the region.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and position Inspira's cybersecurity solutions effectively against competitors.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and customer engagements as a thought leader in cybersecurity sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15-20 years of experience in technology sales, with a minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity sales within the Riyadh market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Strong C-suite engagement experience with the ability to build and nurture executive relationships.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practices relevant to the region.
  • Experience in partner ecosystem management, including working with resellers, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region for business development and customer engagements.
