Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless functionality of audio, visual, and lighting equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Address guest requests in a professional and courteous manner, prioritize work requests related to health and safety, and implement preventive maintenance routines.
  • Evaluate equipment usage and energy efficiency concerns, complete accurate documentation, and participate in the emergency response team as directed.
  • Work collaboratively with the AV Supervisor and team members to complete assigned tasks, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
  • Technical expertise in installing, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment, combined with significant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of modern facility AV systems and set-ups, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
