Job Description:

The role of a Real Estate Admin Assistant involves supporting our leasing operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and providing high-quality tenant service. We are looking for an experienced individual who can manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Reviewing contracts, making initial notes, and sharing them with the legal department.
  • Ejar Platform Contracts Entry Expert.
  • Reporting: Generating reports, tracking critical dates, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Internal reports/trackers of all lease documents signed and executed, and relevant issued.
  • Communication: Issuing and receiving official letters for the tenants, communicating with real estate managers, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Keeping accurate records, reviewing information, consolidating reports, and taking action where necessary.
  • Client Relationships: Networking with and talking to new and existing clients and maintaining a good and harmonious relationship with them.
  • Recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projects.
  • Tenant Support: Following up on Tenant Operational dates such as handovers/refurbishments – preparation and recording of handover packs/instructions/Tenant Manuals.
