Job Description

The role of a Senior Business Development Manager is crucial to driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer success initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing a book of business, identifying new opportunities, and delivering coaching and training to customers. Your consultative approach will help drive data-informed decisions and ensure seamless customer experiences.

  1. Sell/Cross-sell/Upsell various technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to existing Real Estate Brokerages.
  2. Leverage your expertise to assess client requirements and objectives, proposing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Forecast Sales and Revenue expectations with precision.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with professional real estate companies, growing the business through consistent support and consultation.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge of our solution portfolio and become an expert in helping clients achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment, preferably with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven analytical skills for analyzing client data and suggesting ROI-maximizing solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset, with patience and problem-solving skills for dealing with diverse customer types.
