About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our Skills business Segment. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales team to achieve maximum growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new clients and understand industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive Skills revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and proactive business development efforts.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a sales-related field, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial sales or employer engagement, preferably in a sales management role. You should possess strong strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
