Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project controls processes and systems in line with industry best practices
  2. Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, including schedule, cost, and risk
  3. Generate reports and provide regular updates on project status to project stakeholders
  4. Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure adherence to project controls processes and procedures
  5. Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to optimize project performance
  6. Support project change management process, including assessing the impact of changes on schedule, cost, and risk
  7. Ensure compliance with project controls requirements and contribute to project audits
  8. Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams on project controls processes and systems
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Proven experience as a Project Controls Specialist or similar role in the civil engineering industry

Strong understanding of project controls principles, methodologies, and tools

Experience with project controls software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
