We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Quality Manager.
About the RoleThis role will involve overseeing the entire data management lifecycle, from data collection to reporting and analysis. As a Data Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data assets.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data quality audits to identify and address any data issues or discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 2+ years of experience in data management, reconciliation, or operations is required.
You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
