Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Black Pearl Consult. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the HR technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their HR technology needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and networking to drive growth.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our HR technology solutions.
  • Manage and negotiate complex sales deals, ensuring successful closure and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology and its applications in the market, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles related to HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales goals.
