About the Role
Panda Retail Company - Savola Group is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of its loyalty program through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in partnership development and business strategy, with a proven track record of closing successful deals.
This role requires a resourceful individual with exceptional networking, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage relationships with external partners and internal teams across marketing, commercial, legal, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
IDentify and establish partnerships with leading loyalty programs and cross-industry companies within the Kingdom to enhance the value proposition for Panda's customers. - Business Development & Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a robust strategy to build profitable partnerships aligned with Panda's loyalty program goals. - Proposal Crafting & Presentation:
Design compelling partnership proposals tailored to meet both partner and Panda's objectives. - Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams (marketing, commercial, legal, financial, operations) to ensure seamless implementation of partnerships. - Program Branding & Marketing:
Work closely with the marketing team to elevate the loyalty program's brand identity and visibility in the market.
