Job Title: Electrical Site Manager
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the construction of high-voltage substations. The successful candidate will have a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in 132kV, 115kV, 69kV substation construction, with a minimum of 3 years as a site manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and implement project management strategies to meet client expectations
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress
Desired Skills:
Previous experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is highly valued. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of local customs and regulations are essential for success in this role.
