Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes and be able to effectively communicate with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Reviewing procurement data and information in the electronic procurement system.
  2. Preparing purchase requests and coordinating with organizational units to provide various technical and logistical requirements.
  3. Reviewing, confirming, documenting and informing the concerned parties of the requests of the organizational units of procurement, and updating them in the procurement records.
  4. Preparing and updating supplier data on an ongoing basis.
  5. Preparing and developing the procurement department and setting procurement plans.
  6. Proposing any new ideas that would improve the efficiency of procurement to the direct manager.
  7. Coordinating to conduct a technical analysis of the offers and ensuring their compliance with the company's standards and requirements.
  8. Implementing any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Fluency in spoken and written English.
  3. At least 4 years of experience in purchasing.
  4. Experience in writing reports.
  5. Experience in negotiations.
  6. Experience in effective communication with suppliers.
Skills
  • The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
  • Must be able to adhere to client requirements.
  • A skilled communicator who can express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Relevant knowledge about market trends and ability to quickly make decisions under high pressure.
