Roles and responsibilities

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Senior Analyst is responsible for driving audience growth for flyadeal through various channels like email and web push notifications, enhancing user experience and personalization across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Boost revenue by enhancing purchase intent and increasing customer retention.
  • Run A/B experiments to improve the user experience.
  • Manage fare marketing platforms and ensure fare updates and content are current.
  • Execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for on-site and off-site content.
  • Create and manage email communications for customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products after purchase.
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends.
  • Send promotional emails during new launches.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce partners to maximize revenue.
  • Segment audiences and align them with advertising channels to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Work with the performance marketing team to leverage first-party data.
  • Manage and optimize owned communication channels to boost engagement, conversion, and reduce churn.
  • Implement tools to measure media and mobile analytics, tracking customer behavior to optimize conversions.
  • Monitor cross-channel engagement and customer behavior for improvements.
  • Optimize the customer journey to increase loyalty and enhance digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with departments like Revenue Management and Marketing to provide data-driven support.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Knowledge of CRM and customer journey platforms (Insider, Sitecore, Adobe AEP).
Experience with mobile analytics and SDK integration.
Familiar with data unification techniques for mobile and web event mapping.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented team player.
Monitor cross-channel engagement and customer behavior for improvements.
Optimize the customer journey to increase loyalty and enhance digital experiences.
Collaborate with departments like Revenue Management and Marketing to provide data-driven support.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
