We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees across all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to develop creative solutions for complex issues.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and influence employees and management positively in conflict situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple employee relations cases efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in an employee relations or HR generalist role is beneficial.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment is a plus.
