We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join our team at XCMG Trading Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in the Heavy Machinery/construction machinery industry, and a deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Capital Management (HCM).

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 2-3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on hiring within the Heavy machinery/construction machinery field.
  2. Experience in recruiting for various marketing, sales, and service positions such as Service Engineers, Service Technicians, Forklift Operators, Crane Operators, etc.
  3. Proficiency in using ATS for efficient recruitment and data management.
  4. Strong data management skills ensuring candidate and recruitment-related information is organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
  5. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  6. Solid understanding of the construction machinery industry including key roles, technical requirements, and market trends.
  7. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
  8. Attention to detail in managing candidate data and recruitment processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Educational Background: Masters in HR or any other relevant field is preferred.
  2. Certifications: Any recruitment-related certifications or training is a plus.
  3. Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
