Global Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Global Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
- Analyze territory trends, diagnose root causes of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Define the territory, opportunities, and goals within the portfolio of accounts.
- Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage towards a growth plan.
- Implement account management best practices.
- University degree in economics, business administration, marketing, engineering or related majors.
- 5+ years of account management or sales work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in targets-driven sales environment.
- Skilled in business development with strong objection-handling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to persuade, convince, and explain complex concepts in simple manner.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Analytical with ability to apply intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with data analytics, either in professional or academic capacity.
- Experience in Internet, e-commerce, and retail companies is preferable.
- 3+ Years in FMCG sector.
- 3+ Years in Beauty sector.
