You will:

  1. Manage customer inquiries and document interactions in CRM systems.
  2. Resolve internal and external queries and issues.
  3. Serve as a liaison between business lines and exhibitors.
  4. Process orders, receive payments, issue invoices, and address related queries.
  5. Implement soft selling, sales through service, and up-selling strategies with existing clients.
  6. Meet and exceed departmental and personal performance targets.
Key Qualifications

A Saudi national with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in a similar role are necessary.

The ability to build relationships and manage customer contacts is crucial.
