Job Description

As HR Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for defining the HR vision and goals for the region. You will work closely with the GM to align HR policies and procedures, develop recruitment strategies, and focus on key projects related to employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy.

You will manage a team of three direct reports and oversee an employee headcount of 600+ in Saudi Arabia. Previous exposure to a multinational organization is essential for this role, and you will have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing diverse teams.
