Transformational Sales Leader - Saudi Arabia / Jeddah
We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our Sales efforts in KSA. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the energy future of Saudi Arabia by driving and creating competitive Sales cycles from early acquisition to bid phase.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical sales, project management, product management, procurement, commercial, legal and tax to ensure timely and effective bid preparation. Your expertise in energy distribution/transmission markets and technologies will enable you to develop winning technical and commercial offers or bid packages that meet customer requirements and budget.
Your success will be measured by the number of successful opportunities you and your team create. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of national and international market rules and regulations to mitigate potential risks and identify further business opportunities.
About the Role:- Analyzing RFQ and tender documents to identify key customer requirements.
- Developing strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Creating compelling value propositions and pitches.
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful bids.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of energy distribution/transmission markets and technologies.
