In this critical role, the Product Designer III will play a vital part in shaping Mozn's products, ensuring user satisfaction while aligning with our vision. Collaborating with our cross-functional team, you will contribute to creating engaging, user-friendly designs. Your influence will span the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Analyze user research data (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to identify user needs, motivations, and pain points.
  2. Create user personas and journey maps to better understand users and inform design choices.
  3. Ensure user voices are heard throughout the product development process, guaranteeing their needs are met.
  4. Design intuitive product information architecture, ensuring clear navigation.
  5. Develop aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible user interfaces.
  6. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  7. Contribute to creative brainstorming and ideation sessions, suggesting innovative solutions to user challenges.
  8. Participate in design thinking processes, from empathy and research to prototyping and testing.
  9. Stay updated on emerging UX trends and technologies, exploring potential applications for our product.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (5+ years of experience preferred).
  • Proven success in designing and delivering user-centered products.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and ability to analyze findings.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (e.g., In Vision, Framer).
  • Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate design ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
