Responsibilities

  2. User Personas and Journey Maps: Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
  3. User Advocacy: Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
  4. Information Architecture: Define the information architecture of the product, ensuring clear and intuitive navigation.
  5. User Interface Design: Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible to all.
  6. Prototyping and Iteration: Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (5+ years of experience preferred).
  • User Research Expertise: Proven track record of successfully conducting user research and analyzing findings.
  • UX Design Tools: Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Framer).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate design ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
