Customer Delight Specialist

As a Guest Relations Specialist at PAUSEAWAY (R), you will play a vital role in delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests' requests are met and that they are satisfied with their experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinating day-to-day Front Office operations, including reviewing arrivals, room allocations, and ensuring special requests are fulfilled.
- Effective collaboration with other departments and outside suppliers to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
- Managing guests' requests and answering their inquiries promptly.
- Addressing any complaints and escalating matters if necessary, following up on corrective actions.
- Keeping all related departments and personnel informed about daily schedules, expectations, and requests.
- Introducing PAUSEAWAY and its facilities to guests, establishing friendly relationships.
- Picking up sales calls and answering prospect guests' inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience in a similar position is highly valued.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry or with lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems.
- A creative problem-solver with strong organizational abilities is required.
- Must understand the company concept and align with our vision.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
