About the Position


The Islamic Development Bank is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist to join its team. This role requires strong technical expertise and experience in managing complex identity and access management requirements.


As a Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating the identity and access management program across all IT applications, services, and components. You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Solution Operations, and Infrastructure Operations to design and maintain the identity and access management architecture and roadmap.


You will also collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Technology Risk, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to address complex identity and access management requirements. In addition, you will develop and maintain identity and access management policies, processes, and procedures according to industry frameworks and standards.


Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with organizational identity and access management policies, standards, and guidelines, managing third-party delivery of identity and access management operations for HQ and Regional Hubs, collaborating with Solution Delivery and Technology Operations teams to onboard and integrate new business applications and IT services, and participating in the Change Advisory Board to ensure compliance with identity and access management policies.


You will also plan and manage proactive risk assessments and compliance reviews, define and adopt identity lifecycle policies for all categories of users, lead planning and implementation of periodic access reviews, establish and maintain technical standards for authentication and authorization design, and design and implement standards for managing privileged access.


Additionally, you will oversee second and third levels of support for identity and access incidents, manage implementation and integration of identity and access monitoring, design and implement integration of identity and access management processes with IT service management, and manage the solution landscape that supports identity and access management processes.


About Qualifications


We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in information security and identity and access management.


Candidates should have experience in architecting, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions, managing identity and access management operations, designing authentication and authorization standards, and designing and implementing joiner, mover, and leaver processes.


We prefer candidates who speak French but will consider other languages as well.
