Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex business solutions, particularly in smart technology, digital transformation, or similar industries.
- Strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
