This is an exciting opportunity to join the Amazon team as an Onsite Medical Representative. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide medical care and support to employees, including evaluating and treating injuries, advising on occupational and non-occupational health issues, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
You will work closely with the Workplace Health and Safety team to develop strategies to minimize the risk of injury among employees. This may involve participating in incident investigations, developing first aid care plans, and managing workers' compensation claims.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
