About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Digital Marketing Professional to join our team at Terry Soot MG. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns that deliver optimal results, leveraging your expertise to optimize advertiser outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance to advertisers, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals through effective campaign execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Analyze customer interactions and campaign results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing support role within a BPO or client services setting, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns is preferred, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions, and build effective relationships with advertisers.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset, with a focus on achieving advertiser objectives and delivering exceptional service, resulting in high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, driving continuous improvement and growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage these tools to analyze data, create compelling content, and drive results.
