About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rawaj HCM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the real estate marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the real estate marketing industry, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
- Oversee and manage the real estate auction processes, ensuring seamless execution and maximum returns.
- Provide HR expertise to support the recruitment and onboarding of employees, ensuring a strong and effective team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals, leveraging your expertise and network to build strong partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties and auction events, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or a similar role within the real estate marketing industry, with at least 5 years in a management position.
- Proven experience in HR with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Expertise in managing real estate auctions and knowledge of relevant legal and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
