About the Role

The Head of Wellness and Leisure is responsible for leading the spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manages the payroll function and ensures accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Maintains a clean and organized spa environment, including facilities, equipment, and inventory.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implements changes as needed.
Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
