Key Responsibilities
  • SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and other components. Customize SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.
  • Nintex Workflow & Forms: Develop and maintain workflows and forms using Nintex Workflow and Forms. Automate business processes and improve operational efficiency, reducing manual errors and increasing productivity.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SharePoint and Nintex solutions that align with business objectives. Create detailed technical specifications and documentation to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Integration: Integrate SharePoint and Nintex solutions with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint and Nintex solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Training & Documentation: Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Document solutions and best practices for future reference, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in SharePoint and Nintex technologies, implementing best practices and continuously seeking opportunities to improve existing solutions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in SharePoint development and Nintex Workflow and Forms.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint 2013/2016/Online, Nintex Workflow, and Nintex Forms.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and workflows.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Power Automate, and other related technologies.
Problem-Solving & Communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Certification in SharePoint or Nintex.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
