Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our AWS Commercial Sales team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise customer relationships within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Develop and execute account strategies to drive AWS adoption and revenue growth within your assigned enterprise accounts.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and technical teams.
  3. Understand Customer Needs: Understand customers' business objectives, technical requirements, and pain points, and position AWS services and solutions to address their needs.
  4. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Partner teams, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  5. Develop Compelling Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase AWS capabilities.
  6. Manage Contract Negotiations: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial terms to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Forecast and Track Pipeline Opportunities: Forecast and track pipeline opportunities, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and achievement of sales targets.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with AWS service offerings, industry trends, and competitors' activities to provide strategic guidance to customers.
  9. Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects.
Basic Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  2. Enterprise Sales Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  3. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer environments and challenges.
  5. Experience Working with Cross-Functional Teams: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders, willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Self-Starter: Self-starter, able to work independently and autonomously to build cross-functional teams within a matrix organization and the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders.
  2. Knowledge of Cloud Computing Technologies: Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and AWS services is preferred.
  3. Language Skills: Arabic speaker.
