About the Role

The Head of Regional Marketplace Growth will be responsible for overseeing the Selling Partner experience in KSA, identifying new opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to improve the use of Marketplace tools and features by selling partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owning end-to-end the Selling Partner experience in KSA to build a strong group of fast-growing categories in the related P&L.

About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with a background in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce. You should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.

Requirements
  1. Extensive professional experience (5-7 years) in complex and dynamic environments ideally in e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail, or top-management consulting - with a minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related degree required.
  3. Demonstrated analytical ability throughout the professional experience.
  4. Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel and database analysis).
  5. Proven project management skills, customer-focused, extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
