  5. Provide Insights and Recommendations: Prepare periodic reports on commercial performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Identify Market Opportunities: Stay up-to-date with market trends, opportunities, and threats, ensuring Qiddiya remains competitive in the entertainment industry.
  7. Mentor Junior Staff: Guide and develop junior commercial staff, promoting best practices and innovative approaches to commercial management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Commercial Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, real estate, or tourism sectors.
  3. Strong background in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
  4. Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
