We are seeking an experienced Director of Spa to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. As a key member of our opening team, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Spa and all its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational and financial direction of the Spa, ensuring complete viability and maximizing all opportunities and resources.
  • Maintain cutting-edge knowledge and make strategic and operational decisions in creating and implementing treatments and concepts.
  • Ensure that the highest standards are adhered to throughout the Spa and that guest service exceeds all expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Senior management Director level role in a luxury spa setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
  • Charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leadership style, with a strong passion for people welfare and development.
  • Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
