Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Fresenius Medical Care, we're seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
About the Role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the Clinical (Care Delivery) side of the business, ensuring compliance with HR policies and global talent acquisition standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, selecting top-quality candidates that meet our criteria.
- Leverage healthcare-specific recruitment channels and networks to engage with candidates and fill open roles.
- Bulk and maintain a pipeline of talent through existing advertising methods and innovative resource initiatives.
- Operate as a project manager, providing expert recruitment advice and driving hiring success through various initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure delivery of high-quality talent.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations to guide compliant hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, delivering tailored talent solutions that meet their needs.
- Foster partnerships with nursing schools, medical universities, and other relevant institutions to ensure a steady flow of clinical talent.
- Maintain a strong presence in healthcare communities to build relationships and enhance the company's employer brand.
- Stay informed about trends in healthcare recruitment, particularly in the dialysis market, to stay competitive in attracting clinical talent.
- Suggest and implement new strategies to improve clinical recruitment efforts, including creative sourcing techniques and outreach initiatives.
- Proactively assess market conditions to identify potential shortages or surpluses in clinical talent, enabling the organization to stay ahead of future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, including background checks and credential verifications.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve the hiring process.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
- A strategic mindset combined with the ability to manage operational details.
- Experience in managing relationships with recruitment agencies is essential.
