About the Role

The Operations and Maintenance Director will be responsible for leading the Facilities team, promoting NHC's culture, values, and behaviors within the function. The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale facility services for a comparable organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the Facilities department's strategy and business plan, monitoring the execution of initiatives throughout the year to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Policy Development: Maintain and assist in the development of Facilities processes, procedures, guidelines, and policies, championing their implementation across the organization.
  • Change Management: Lead, develop, and motivate the Facilities team, promoting NHC's culture, values, and behaviors within the function.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the Facility function's performance against pre-set KPIs and targets, ensuring progress toward goals and implementing preventive or corrective actions as needed.
