KONE Corporation seeks a talented Pre-Sales Support Professional to join our Service Business in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our sales teams by handling leads, supporting sales planning, and maintaining accurate sales data.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to customer-initiated leads via various online channels within 24 hours.
  2. Qualifying leads to ensure alignment with our sales objectives.
  3. Preparing and presenting valuable insights during value discovery meetings.
  4. Maintaining accurate sales funnel, customer, and opportunity data in our CRM system.
  5. Supporting sales staff with back-office tasks, customer inquiries, and tenders.
  6. Coordinating customer visits, tasks, and events as required.
  7. Providing selected reports and sales summaries to Sales Managers upon request.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  2. 2-4 years' experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales environments.
  3. Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  4. Strong user of MS Office.
  5. Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
  6. CRM experience is a plus.
  7. This role is open to Saudi nationals only.
