The Role of Director of Housekeeping

We are seeking a Director of Housekeeping to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the housekeeping and laundry department, ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the housekeeping and laundry department to ensure that Four Seasons standards are met.
  2. Control costs without compromising quality and deliver the highest standards consistently.
  3. Lead guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  4. Accommodate special requests wherever possible.
  5. Budget and ensure the financial goals of the department are met.
  6. Establish and maintain cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure the appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions and a strong business acumen. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
