Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various HR systems, including employee information, benefits, and payroll data.
  3. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
  4. Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing and submitting timesheets, calculating pay, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  5. General HR Tasks: Perform other general HR tasks as needed, including coordinating training sessions, scheduling interviews, and preparing reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in an administrative support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, or other relevant HR certifications a plus.
