About the Position:

In this role, you will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and customer communication.

Main Tasks:
  1. Accurately enter data into our systems and maintain detailed records.
  2. Organize and manage important documents.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their queries.
  4. Offer general office assistance, including photocopying and scanning services.
  5. Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
  6. Support meeting scheduling and minute-taking.
  7. Respond to phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  1. Secondary education or equivalent.
  2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  3. Previous experience in an administrative setting is preferred.
  4. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
