AZAD PROPERTIES is looking for an experienced Property Leasing Administration Manager to oversee our leasing operations. This role requires a strong foundation in property leasing administration, excellent organisational abilities, and attention to detail.

About the Position

This position involves reviewing contracts, making initial notes, and sharing them with the legal department. It also requires expertise in Ejar Platform Contracts Entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing contracts and making initial notes before sharing them with the legal department.
  • Ejar Platform Contracts Entry Expert.
  • Generating and maintaining reports and monthly updates for existing contracts.
  • Tracking internal documents signed and executed and relevant issued.
  • Communicating with real estate managers regarding contract expiries.
  • Issuing and receiving official letters for tenants with archiving procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reviewing information, consolidating reports, and taking action where necessary.
  • Collecting and reviewing documents/requirements submitted by clients.
  • Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients and maintaining a good harmonious relationship with them.
  • Developing effective marketing strategies and networking activities to enhance leasing activities.
  • Following up on Tenant Operational dates such as handovers/refurbishments – preparation and recording of handover packs/instructions/Tenant Manuals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a leasing administration or similar role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role and division assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or consultancy sectors.
  • Experience in managing and data entry database systems such as Yardi or Oracle.
  • Relevant certifications or additional coursework in real estate administration is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; real estate database/PMS experience a plus.
  • Basic analytical skills for data review, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment; able to meet deadlines.
