About the Role

We're seeking a talented Digital Product Design Manager to join our Guest Experience department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing, developing, and implementing UX/UI end-to-end guest/staff digital products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces for web, mobile, and conversational applications
  • Own complex initiatives, produce personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital products
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (ideally)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-centric 'agile' organization
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product lead role
  • Sound understanding of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite)
