Executive Sales Director in Russian-speaking Regions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Rotana Hotels. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Russian-speaking markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in Russian-speaking regions.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners in the Russian market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**Requirements**
Fluency in Russian is a must, along with proficient English language skills.
Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in Russian-speaking markets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to travel frequently to Russian-speaking countries for business purposes.
