The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive sales growth across our key accounts in the large governmental and private sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, account management, and client relationship management, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth across key accounts in the large governmental and private sectors.
  • Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations, showcasing value proposition.
  • Effectively close deals and secure new business, achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of managing large governmental and private accounts.
  • Prior managerial experience is essential.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales process and account management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
