Director of Commercial Expansion

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to join our team at Uplift People Consulting. The Director of Commercial Expansion will be responsible for leading our sales strategy and execution, driving revenue growth through partnerships in the construction and giga-project sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, preferably within construction, real estate, or technology sectors. A proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, leading sales teams, and expanding into new markets is essential.
The Director of Commercial Expansion will develop and execute a long-term sales strategy that supports the company's vision of revolutionizing construction through IoT solutions. This includes building relationships with key clients, identifying and securing new revenue streams, and ensuring the sales team is aligned with company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the company's sales strategy, focusing on large-scale clients in construction, real estate, and IoT technology.
- Driving business development, particularly in key markets like KSA giga-projects, and securing new revenue streams.
- Ensuring the sales team is aligned with company goals, product offerings, and customer needs.
