Job Description

Stryker Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Territory Lead for Joint Replacement in the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, identifying key contacts to drive business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs, including planning and executing customer/partner visits, demos, and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and legal regulations, providing timely reports and insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the tender department to inform and guide customers on purchasing methods, supporting project completion and reporting.
  • Oversee material delivery, installation, and post-sales user training, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage billing processes, track collections, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints by taking appropriate actions and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Support marketing and logistics efforts by preparing materials for events, responding to scientific support requests, and exploring cross-product business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales, preferably in implants, orthopedics, trauma, or disposables.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving growth within a territory.
  • Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
