Job Description
As a Store Manager at Chalhoub Group, you will be responsible for driving store sales, building a loyal customer base, and managing a team of talented professionals. You will lead by example, representing the brand's values and philosophy in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends, products, and competitors, sharing feedback with stakeholders.
  • Think hybrid by leveraging online and offline point-of-sale channels.

Team Leadership and Development
  • Provide a clear vision to the team about business and store directions.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and retain strong talents.
  • Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.
  • Act as a coach for team members, promoting growth mindset and monitoring development plans.

Customer Experience
  • Develop an omnichannel mindset among team members, promoting different customer touchpoints.
  • Use clienteling approaches and techniques to cater to VIP customers' needs and preferences.
  • Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIPs through excellent experiences and networking.

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Prepare and process e-commerce orders within set service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Leverage technology tools to support customer experience and ensure team members are trained accordingly.
  • Follow operating standards from stock replenishment to visual merchandising.
  • Analyze historical traffic data and anticipate peak hours to ensure healthy floor coverage.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Luxury retail background.
  • High communication skills.
  • English language proficiency.
